Each floor is its own condo, roughly 990 square feet, with its own kitchen, bath, washer and dryer and central air. You share the front foyer, the staircase and the backyard.
The first and second floors have the same layout: two queen bedrooms, a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks, a full bath, a half bath and a front porch. The third floor has a king bedroom, a full bedroom, four built-in single daybeds in the great room, a clawfoot tub and a back deck.
Out back there are three gas grills, three picnic tables and three enclosed outdoor showers. Brown's, Ove's, Pessano's and Berenato's are all close by, and parking is free on the street.

“Elaine was an excellent host, and her property was perfectly suited for my family's needs. We were a party of 12 who were coming from all over the country to celebrate Thanksgiving together, and the unique layout of the home worked well for us. Each of the three floors had bathrooms, bedrooms, a living space, and a kitchen. This enabled us to coalesce in the morning in groups that made sense for us. The top floor provides a larger area for dining and gathering that acted wonderfully as our Thanksgiving dinner space. There were enough bedrooms/beds for us to ensure everyone was comfortable. The house is only a few houses from the boardwalk. The ocean was beautiful and the lack of a crowd was nice. Stores and restaurants are conveniently located relatively close by which came in handy for those of us who had forgotten one thing or another.”
