Booking
How do I book?
Choose a home, then send a request with your dates and group size. We reply with availability and a quote. If it works for you, the lease comes by e-signature along with payment instructions. No payment is taken on this site.
Can I see which dates are open?
Yes. Every property page has a "See open dates and rates" link to that home's live calendar.
Are the prices on the site final?
They're our lowest current rates, read from each home's live calendar. Your quote gives the exact price for your dates.
Is there a minimum stay?
Nightly stays usually need two or three nights. One-night stays are sometimes possible around Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's.
Can I ask before I've decided?
Yes. Tell us who's coming and what matters to you and we'll say which homes fit.
Your stay
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 3 PM and check-out is 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is sometimes possible; ask when you book.
How do I get in?
Self check-in. Your entry instructions arrive before you do.
Are linens included?
It depends on the home. Sheets and bath towels are included at Catherine's Cottage, Chic Beach Retreat, Sunrise, Sunset, Summertime, and the Livin' is Easy, Ocean Dunes, Ocean Panorama and Toes in the Sand. At the 836 2nd Street and 412 Corinthian homes they're available on request. The linens page has the details.
Who do I call during my stay?
Us. You'll have a direct number for the family that owns the home.
Groups
How big a group can you take?
Our single floors sleep 4 to 12. Toes in the Sand sleeps 20, and Summertime, and the Livin' is Easy, Let's ALL Go to the Beach and Corinthian Sun each sleep 24.
Do you host reunions and milestone trips?
Yes. The whole-building homes are built for exactly that, with every floor under one booking.
