The third-floor grill is at the bottom of the back stairs. Parking is free on the street, and the beach and boardwalk are about two and a half minutes away on foot.

“Beautiful area! The space is a third floor, walk up apartment. There is one large king bedroom and one small full-size bed bedroom. There are four daybeds in the living space. The living space is a large, open area which includes seating, dining and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is beautiful, appears recently renovated, with a clawfoot bathtub and a large walk-in shower. We appreciated all of the beach gear (chairs, toys, cart) available for our use. Each of the three floors of the house have their own outdoor shower. It is about a block and a half walk to the beach and boardwalk. There is access to the unit from both the front and back of the house. The layout utilizes the space quite efficiently.”
