You come in off the covered front porch, which has a swing and rocking chairs. The living room opens to the dining area, an eight-foot breakfast bar and the kitchen, with a gas range and griddle, quartz counters, a dishwasher and a Keurig Duo. The original Douglas fir floors are still here.
Two bedrooms have queens and the third has two twin-over-twin bunks. The washer and dryer are on the back porch off the kitchen. Out back there's a grill, a picnic table and an outdoor shower.
Brown's, Ove's, Pessano's and Berenato's Corner Deli are all in the neighborhood. Parking is free on the street, in front of the house and across it.
