How booking works, what's at the house, and who to ask.
We rent our own homes, so the answers come from us.
Before and During Your Stay
Booking, arrival, linens and local tips.
How Booking Works
Booking is by request. Every home's page has a calendar with open dates and an estimate. Pick your dates and send us your group size and anything you want to know about the house.
We reply with availability and a quote. If it works for you, the lease comes by e-signature with payment instructions.
Summer stays run by the week, mostly Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the year most homes take two nights or more, and a few holiday dates need three.
During Your Stay
Check-in is self-serve, and your entry instructions arrive before you do. Check-in is 3 PM and check-out is 10 AM.
From the first question to the last day, you deal with the family that owns the home. You'll have our direct number, and you can message us before and during the stay.
Linens, Beach Gear and Extras
Linens. Seven of our homes include sheets and bath towels, and the beds are made when you arrive. At the 836 2nd Street floors and the Corinthian homes, sheets and bath towels are available on request, and beach towels can be added at any home. The linen service page lists each one.
Beach gear. Many of our homes come with beach tags, chairs and an umbrella. Ask about the one you're looking at.
Local tips. Our local spots page has where we eat and what the kids ride, and we're glad to add more if you ask.
Groups. Every one of our buildings can be booked whole, sleeping 20 to 24.
Early check-in and late check-out are sometimes possible. Ask when you book.
Planning for a Big Group
Booking for more than one household brings more questions. Who gets the king, where the grandparents sleep, how many cars fit.
Each property page lists the beds, so you can work out who sleeps where before you ask. If two floors of one building suit you better than a whole building, we can book those two together.
Not sure which home fits? Tell us who's coming and we'll say.
Getting to Know Ocean City
Our locations guide covers the four parts of town where our homes are. The local spots page has food, rides, the water and day trips down the shore.
Beach tags are needed in summer, and you can buy them on the boardwalk or at the welcome center.
