Happy Renters

“Over the past 20 years, my family has rented vacation homes from CA to RI to FL and Australia. We have seen every manner of abode and we all agree that Catherine's Cottage is by far the best! The kitchen was perfect and the best stocked kitchen we've ever seen... Comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, lovely decor, and lots of space made the stay lovely for all 10 of us from three generations.”

“Everything was perfect! The house was immaculately clean, the kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked and organized, and the ocean view was stunning. It was pure perfection.”

“Outstanding location! ... The outdoor back porch was so serene. Mornings with sipping your coffee and just taking in that beach breeze was memorable. Being walking distance from a beach that was truly family oriented was a blessing! Everyone felt comfortable and at home.”

“We were a party of 12 who were coming from all over the country to celebrate Thanksgiving together, and the unique layout of the home worked well for us. Each of the three floors had bathrooms, bedrooms, a living space, and a kitchen. This enabled us to coalesce in the morning in groups that made sense for us. The top floor provides a larger area for dining and gathering that acted wonderfully as our Thanksgiving dinner space.”

“The entire home is appointed with high quality furnishings and finishes, and an exquisite sense of design... the deck with the electric awning and comfortable seating was the perfect place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a day at the beach, and the location being one block from the beach and easy walking distance to shopping and eateries was the cherry on top!”

“Our family has been renting Corinthian Ave for over 20 years, and we loved the new owners' recent updates. Beautiful flooring, kitchen upgrades and brand new comfortable mattresses... As always, the fabulous and familiar ocean breezes on all of the porches draw everyone outside. We can't wait to come back next year!”

“The views alone are worth it, waking up to an expansive, uninterrupted stretch of ocean right outside your window never gets old, and the wide deck is the perfect place to take it all in, whether it's morning coffee or sunset drinks... The gourmet kitchen is a highlight, spacious, fully equipped, and ideal whether you're cooking a big family meal or just prepping something quick before heading back out to the beach.”

“The condo was the perfect amount of space to have my hair and makeup done with lots of windows and natural light. The king bed was super comfortable and the whole place was clean. I would definitely stay here again. Love the open concept kitchen island and dining/living space.”

“It comfortably accommodated our large group of friends and was just a short walk to the ocean. The beach itself was surprisingly quiet, which made it feel like we had the whole place to ourselves. The house was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had a modern, welcoming vibe.”

“A beautiful place and everything is done so well... The place was spotless and we all really enjoyed it. It's just a very short walk to the great beaches at that part of town. Plenty of parking and we think it's so nice that beach chairs and beach tags are part of it.”

“Elaine was incredibly helpful, the rental property was absolutely pristine, SO close to the beach, and very relaxing. We would absolutely recommend this place both for families and for couples.”

“Catherine's Cottage doesn't feel like a vacation rental. When I walk through the front door, I feel like I'm at home. I have rented multiple properties from Elaine for years and everything is always better than advertised.”

“Beautiful condo with lots of space for the family. In a quiet spot close to the beach but not far from restaurants and the boardwalk.”

“Accommodations were absolutely fabulous! Great layout that lended itself to family time well spent and fond memories made. Comfortable mattresses allowed children to sleep well into the morning and adults too! A covered deck made preferred outdoor time available when weather was not ideal.”

“The home is beautiful, bright, modern and very tastefully furnished. We enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing dunes, ocean view and easy beach access. For the little ones, the park is just a few short blocks to walk. This unit accommodated our family of six adults and 4 children very nicely.”
