Maris is the name we rent our Ocean City homes under. We own them and we look after them, and when you ask about a week, the answer comes from us.
Most of them are built for more than one family at a time. Catherine's Cottage has bedrooms on all three floors. The Wesley Avenue and Central Avenue buildings each hold two full homes, and every one of our buildings can be booked whole for a group of up to 24.
Ask us anything before you book: which bedroom has the king, how far the walk to the sand is, whether sheets and towels come with the house. We know because the houses are ours.
Each home's page shows its open dates and an estimate. When a week works for you, the lease comes by e-signature and the dates are yours.
