Each home has its own open living, dining and kitchen space, two king bedrooms with private baths, a queen room and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks. Each also has its own detached cabana at ground level with a queen bed and a full bath. Chic Beach Retreat's cabana adds a kitchenette and a foosball table, and Sunrise, Sunset's has a beverage center.
Outside there's the covered front porch on the lower home, the front deck and the private rooftop deck on the top home, and a grill for each. Five off-street spots, plus free street parking.
Sheets and towels are provided in both homes and the beds are made before you arrive.

“A Beautiful place and everything is done so well. Elaine and her family are gracious hosts. The place was spotless and we all really enjoyed it. It's just a very short walk to the great beaches at that part of town. Plenty of parking and we think it's so nice that beach chairs and beach tags are part of it. This is a great beach house made even better by the people who own, manage and maintain it. Five-stars!!! Inside, the home strikes a great balance between comfort and sophistication. The finishes feel polished and upscale without being overdone, and everything is thoughtfully designed.
