It still has the original board and batten wainscoting, trim and wood floors. The kitchen was redone with custom cabinetry, Carrara quartz, a six-burner range with a center griddle, double ovens and a dishwasher.
The first floor has a queen bedroom with its own bath. Upstairs there's a king with its own bath and a private front porch looking out at the ocean, plus two queen rooms that share a back porch. The third-floor bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, two queens and its own bath.
Johnson's Popcorn, Manco & Manco and The Fractured Prune are a short walk. At the house there's enclosed outdoor dining, a gas grill, an enclosed outdoor shower, a bike shed, and off-street parking behind the house off the alley.
